DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan promotions for accommodation packages, housing, food & beverage packages, restaurants & bars, MICE packages, wedding packages and spa packages based on approved budgets
2. Support communication with the media to give out news, promotional packages
3. Collaborate with department to create news/story on social media channels
4. Implement promotional campaigns/special offers such as: signing advertising contracts, writing advertisements, creating brochures/standees....
5. Support Management to make reports after each project
6. Coordinate with Graphic Artist and other Departments to come up with ideas and setup for photo sessions
7. Prepare Press Release
8. Test and market research
9. Process & manage vouchers including recording, filling, issuing vouchers...
10. Assist to ensure brand compliance for the hotel, especially when it comes to brand review
11. Manage and update hotel database (customer database)

REQUIREMENTS

1. Working hour: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm, including lunch break, from Monday to Friday
2. Good command of English
3. Knowledge in MS Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint…)
4. Logical and critical thinking skills
5. Meticulous and detail-oriented
6. Priority will be given to students with a major in Marketing
7. Candidates with ability to design preferred
