• Assist the Reservations Manager and Reservations team in providing efficient and friendly reservation services.
• Support the daily operations and training activities of the Reservations Department.
• Coordinate with the DORM to ensure smooth departmental operations.
• Support the achievement of revenue targets and customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education:
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field is preferred.
• Working Experience and Skills & Abilities:
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good telephone and computer skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in Reservations, Front Office, or Tele-sales is an advantage.
