1. Assist HRD in developing and managing the foreign language program of Casino, building up self-learning culture of employees.
2. Support departments in analyzing the level of learner and make proper courses for employees.
3. Design & build up, review and revise directly the Chinese learning materials including books, video…
4. Conduct the Chinese Training Classes and audit actual Chinese speaking ability of targeted employees.
5. Develop Corona Chinese Club to improve speaking skill.
6. Work with internal Trainers to develop the plan of foreign language training program.
7. Study and make proposal for new training applications and methods related to Chinese learning of company.
8. Assist in translating Chinese documents into Vietnamese and versace.
9. Other tasks assigned by Director of Human Resources & Admin.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Working at Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc
2. Bachelor's degree
3. Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching Chinese and communication is preferred
4. Good listening, reading, speaking, writing skills
5. Knowledgeable in training assessment, design, delivery and evaluation preferred
6. Demonstrate the ability to be innovate in adult training
7. The ability to introduce a wide variety of reference sources
8. Experience in hospitality and hotel industry is preferable
9. Must present a well-groomed appearance
10. Microsoft Office knowledge is required
