2. Ensures the delivery of Hyatt’s brand promise and provides exceptional, intuitive guest service at all times.
3. Provides courteous and efficient service to internal and external guests, maintaining professionalism and grace under pressure.
4. Handles all guest and internal customer inquiries courteously, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction.
5. Establishes rapport with guests, building genuine connections and anticipating needs to enhance the overall experience.
6. Maintains positive interactions with colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

1. Operational
2. Ensures that all Hyatt brand standards and Food & Beverage Top 20 initiatives are consistently implemented.
3. Fully conversant with the outlet beverage list, cocktail menu, and wine offerings, confidently making recommendations and upselling where appropriate.
4. Prepares and serves beverages, including classic and signature cocktails, in accordance with established recipes and service standards.
5. Ensures all mise-en-place, bar stock, and glassware are prepared and maintained to operational requirements.
6. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, ensuring compliance with hygiene, HACCP, and local safety standards.
7. Monitors par levels for beverages, glassware, and supplies, and submits requisitions for replenishment as needed.
8. Accurately handles Micros transactions and cashiering duties, adhering strictly to Hyatt’s financial and cash-handling policies.
9. Verifies authenticity of cash and validity of credit cards presented.
10. Reports any maintenance or product quality issues promptly to the Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
11. Participates in promotional setups, themed events, and special activations, ensuring presentation aligns with Park Hyatt’s refined aesthetic.

2. Strictly adheres to all hotel policies and procedures, including those related to fire safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
3. Ensures impeccable grooming and personal presentation consistent with the Park Hyatt image.
4. Adapts to changes in guest expectations and operational needs with flexibility and composure.
5. Attends training and cross-exposure sessions as required to maintain and enhance service excellence.
6. Represents Park Hyatt Phu Quoc and Hyatt International positively at all times.
7. Undertakes any other reasonable tasks or projects as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Outlet Management Team.
8. Stays informed on global beverage trends, mixology innovations, and sustainability practices relevant to luxury bar operations.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

1. Minimum 1 year of bartending experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-end bar environment.
2. Strong beverage knowledge, including spirits, cocktails, and wine fundamentals.
3. SMARTSERVE or equivalent alcohol service certification.
4. Food Handler certification preferred.
5. Proficient in Micros or similar POS system.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in English required; additional languages such as Korean, Mandarin, or French are an advantage.
8. Demonstrates passion for mixology, creativity in presentation, and a commitment to excellence reflective of the Park Hyatt brand.
