1. Organize and lead recreational and entertainment activities for guests.
2. Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner to create a fun and positive atmosphere.
3. Instruct guests on the safe use of sports equipment and recreational facilities.
4. Prepare equipment, materials, and activity areas prior to scheduled programs.
5. Ensure the safety and well-being of guests during all activities.
6. Assist in developing and enhancing seasonal recreational programs tailored to different guest segments.
7. Coordinate with other departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping, etc.) to organize special events and guest activities.
8. Monitor equipment condition and report any issues or incidents to the supervisor.

1. Energetic and passionate about outdoor activities.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
3. Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, recreation, physical education, event organization, or a related field is preferred.
4. Basic English communication skills or above.
5. Enthusiastic, responsible, creative, and a strong team player.
6. Candidates with skills in dancing, emceeing, sports, entertainment, or conducting classes (fitness, yoga, kids club, etc.) are preferred.
7. Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
